Dr. Joe graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990 with a degree in biology. In 1994, he received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. One of only three doctors in the country accepted into the University of Pittsburgh Advanced General Dentistry residency program. He has practiced in the same office in York, PA since moving here in the fall of 1995.
Dr. Joe is currently pursuing a fellowship degree with the Academy of General Dentistry through continuing education. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the York County Dental Society, for which he served on its legislative board. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. He has advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Joe DePasquale is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the only non-profit professional association dedicated exclusively to the practice of dental sleep medicine. Dr. DePasquale helps treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy, an effective treatment that is covered by most insurance plans. AADSM membership provides Dr. DePasquale with access to educational resources and practice management tools that help him better serve his patients by providing the highest quality of care in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Kate earned early graduation from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990 with a degree in biology, through their accelerated program. Dr. Kate earned early acceptance into University of Pittsburgh Dental School in 1990. Along with several awards Dr. Kate graduated with honors in 1994 from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She was one of only three doctors in the country accepted into the 'Veterans Medical Center Advanced Dental Training' program. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She has advanced education in Cosmetic Dentistry.
In order to stay current on advances in the techniques and tools used in cutting edge dentistry, both doctors take more than 50 hours of continuing education every year. The training they receive at local and national seminars help them perfect their skills as a dentist. Both doctors are also members of several professional organizations.
